12:27pm: Tammy calls back says she spoke to Dennis who said that Precision is saying that just because the lens won't retract that means there is impact damage. These people can't get their stories straight one day there is obvious damage the next just because something is the way it is means there is impact damage. I ask to speak to a supervisor Tina gets on the phone I explained to her the situation and what had gone on the last few days while playing phone tag she seemed understanding she seemed to understand where I was coming from and I told her to Google it and that impact damage was not always the case and that Dennis had told me on Saturday the damage was obvious from the pictures and that it would of been noted when I dropped it off. She seems to be the only one that really grasped that concept everyone else was "I understand but there is still nothing we can do" So now they are escalating the claim on their end which is different from the store from my understanding because I told her the store did the same thing and it got denied. So I have to wait 3-5 business days she said its usually sooner it better be like tomorrow. She said this is usually how things get resolved well it better.
