Nothing so far

I had planned to head there first thing in the morning had the kids all dressed and ready to be out the door at 9:30 then realized my husband forgot to leave me the keys and he's over an hour away. Not how I wanted things to go. So far today

11:07am - Tammy (Customer relations) called and says she has been trying to contact Dennis but he's been with a customer but she will continue to do so.

11:22am - I received an email from the DRDirector @ the BBB stating:

I'm really hoping that today is the end of this ordeal but if not I'm ready to continue the battle. BBB, Consumer Affairs, Attorney Generals office, and all the local news channels have been contacted. I already have been emailed back by NewsNet5 asking me to mail in my complaint with my signature for legal reasons and they will file a claim on my behalf. So Best Buy has definitely not heard the end of me.

  1. I so happy that youre not backing down, there are soooo many people who would just say screw it and pay the money! GET YOURS & I'd want an upgrade for all the trouble. ;x lol

  2. Thanks Shay :) Now it's just the waiting came from the looks of it no camera till next week according to Precision. James said once they got my old one in then I would get the credit IDK why they need the old one LOL it's broken and they obviously have it in their possession so it's not like I'm trying to rip them off.
